Farive holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology, with a graduate certificate in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Queensland. Farive is a registered engineer and experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects valued at over $US13,000,000. Skilled in risk management and hands-on with regulatory compliance, Farive is a business leader focused on high quality output delivery and client satisfaction.

Paget brings extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain optimisation having founded his own mining procurement company, Sinoprocur Ltd in Hong Kong in 2006 which he managed until 2017. Paget has a proven track record of delivering significant cost savings for resource companies and has developed an agile approach to guiding innovative technologies and projects, facilitating business growth by leveraging vision, data and insights together with well-defined strategies and appropriate capital resources. With a proven record of high performance, achievements and scaling companies across multiple sectors and business lines, Paget brings corporate advisory skills across private capital raising, M&A, MBO, divestments, investments and strategic strategies. He has an accomplished track record in delivering large scale, often complex projects and harnessing strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships. Paget has an Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Management and a Certificate in Circular Economies and Sustainable Strategies from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK. Paget is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Institute of Project Management.
